How to turn on the control unit?

To turn on the control unit, press the top right “ON / OFF” power button.
To switch off, press and hold the button a couple of seconds.

Where can you find the serial number?

The serial number is located at the bottom right of the connector.

Where are the work programs located?

To access the work programs, press the “Menu” button and select “Programs.” Then choose “manual” or “automatic.”
To return to the main page press the button again.

What is the name of the App? And the web portal?

The application is called “My ID4”, available for IOS and Android.

The web portal is ID4 irrigation.

How do you pay for subscriptions?

Payment for the service is made from the Devices section, selecting the device concerned and choosing the option “renew subscription service”.
Next, you will be able to select the desired duration and proceed with the payment, which can be made by bank transfer or NEXI.

Where do I see the irrigation history?

In the “My ID4” application, select the desired control unit.
In the “Devices” section, you will be able to view data relating to the device and consult the history of events among them.

In the “ID4 Irrigation” portal, choose the serial number.
Click the 3 dots to the left of the desired irrigation and select “detail” to view the irrigation history.
