To access the ID4 service, you must register
From the portal ID4 Irrigation or
From the My ID4 App Store, Play Store

Payment for the subscription is made exclusively through the web portal.
You must complete and have your registry approved in the “Account/Company” section by IdroMOP.
Payment is made in the “Devices” section by selecting the device of interest and clicking on “Renew Subscription Service.”
Choose the desired duration and proceed with payment.

To perform this procedure you must be in front of the control unit, which must be turned on and connected.
Press the “+” button on the App and enter the serial number of the device.
Once entered and confirmed a temporary code will appear on the display of the control unit for 2 minutes.
After adding the device in the App the control unit is correctly associated, and will be visible on your profile (both App and Web Portal).

Please note that the color of the icon indicates the status of the machine
Green = machine ready
Blue = in irrigation
Red = in alarm
Gray = not connected

NB: In case the control unit has the SIM locked anyway enter the serial number in the App press “continue” and wait about 1 hour for automatic reactivation.
If the control unit is not added within 48 hours the SIM will be locked again and reactivation must be done exclusively by contacting IdroMOP.
