Headquarters: Sovizzo (VI)
Schedule: Full-time (08:00 – 12:30 / 13:30 – 17:00) with flexibility of +30 minutes on entry, break and exit.
Hiring date: January 2026
Contract: Fixed-term with the prospect of permanent employment
What you will do:
You will join the Production and Technical Support department, where, after a period of in-house training, you will be responsible for:
- Basic operations on the SMT line
- Assembly and wiring of electronic components
- Testing and functional testing of control units
- Repair and maintenance of electronic boards
Technical requirements:
- Manual dexterity and passion for electronics
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and wiring harnesses
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, caliper)
- Familiarity with PC and production management software
- Technical or vocational degree in electrical, electronics or mechatronics
Soft skills and additional requirements:

Contract: 6-month probationary period and then hired on a permanent basis
Required Experience: At least 3 years in embedded firmware development
What you will do:
You will be embedded in the technical team with a key role in firmware development for electronic devices.
You will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain firmware for Renesas 32-bit microprocessors
- Programming in C language and Assembly, with low-level optimization
- Analyze microprocessor architecture (peripherals, interrupts, memory management)
- Design remote control and communication capabilities using IoT protocols
- Perform debugging and validation activities on real hardware
- Collaborate with the hardware team and draft related technical documentation
Mandatory requirements:
- Experience in firmware development on Renesas 32-bit architecture
- Excellent knowledge of C and Assembly languages
- Proficiency in using Renesas tools (IDEs, compilers, debuggers, simulators)
- In-depth knowledge of embedded communication protocols, with particular focus on CAN BUS
- Experience in developing remote control systems and connectivity via IoT protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, HTTP/REST)
- Ability to read and interpret datasheets and electrical schematics
Preferred requirements:
- Familiarity with Renesas RX, RA, RZ families
- Experience in real-time environments
- Knowledge of other protocols: UART, SPI, I2C
- Using versioning tools such as Git
English: intermediate level, sufficient to understand technical documentation.
