What we learned
After 11 years of working with farmers

The best innovations come from listening to farmers.
Over the years, we have learned that designing technology in-house is only part of the work.
The real test always happens in the field.
Every season, every machine, every installation becomes an opportunity to exchange ideas with those who use our solutions every day: farmers, manufacturers and industry professionals.
International trade shows, technical meetings, open days, and direct contact with customers allow us to constantly gather feedback, observations and suggestions — many of which turn into real improvements in our products.
💧 Innovation born from listening
Many of the evolutions of our systems do not originate in the laboratory, but from direct discussions with those who use machines every day.
Requests coming from the field often become the starting point for new solutions or concrete improvements. Without this essential step, an important part of the development process would be missing.
For example, some manufacturers highlighted the need to make end users more autonomous in managing services and subscriptions.. From this need, the ID4 platform was developed, designed to simplify the administrative and operational management of machines — a crucial aspect during certain periods of the year.
Similarly, during the irrigation season operators need to react quickly and reduce travel time.. This led us to develop remote control systems, allowing parameter management and alarm notifications directly through the app.
Some technical improvements were also introduced thanks to manufacturers’ suggestions, such as optimized wiring and the introduction of a larger color display, evolving from generation H5 to H6.
In many cases, innovation also comesfrom the integration of different technologies. Collaborations with companies such as SIME and Raindancer — for example in electronic sprinkler control — were established to make systems increasingly compatible with real irrigation machine applications.

🌐 Designing for a global market
Irrigation is a truly international sector. Each country has different operating methods, regulations and technical requirements.
For this reason, we constantly work to adapt our solutions to different contexts.
The goal remains the same: offering technology that is easy to use, reliable and compatible with existing machines.
📈 When feedback becomes a new solution
One of the most concrete examples is the H7 control unit.
Many customers pointed out that managing different control units for pumping units and irrigation machines complicated daily operations. This observation led to the idea of developing a single control unit compatible with both applications.
Another important improvement was the introduction of the internal battery, which allows the control unit to remain active even in the event of a power failure, making it easier to identify the cause of the shutdown
🌾 The most important lesson
After 11 years alongside farmers, we have learned that innovation does not come only from technology. It comes from listening.
Every improvement, every new feature and every evolution of our products is the result of continuous dialogue with those who work in the field every day.
And it is precisely this dialogue that will continue to guide the development of our solutions in the years to come.
