IDRO H6

The IdroMOP H6 device is designed for the maximum flexibility and versatile management of pumping units. IdroMOP H6 offers the best automation in the irrigation industry with optimization of irrigation cycles.

Intuitive graphics and accurate and timely information enable work with total peace of mind and reliability. In automatic mode, the device operates autonomously at each irrigation stage: pump priming, motor startup and warm-up, system filling, motor speed and/or pressure adjustment, completion of the working cycle, motor slowdown and cooling, and motor shutdown.

Through sensors installed on the pump unit, the IdroMOP H6 device constantly monitors the health of the motor, pump, and system.
The operator can monitor the irrigation process locally from the panel or remotely through the My ID4 application. Flow control and consumption display minimize water and fuel wastage.

Motor pump

From the simple mechanical pump engine to the more modern STAGE V emission engine, with or without urea. One device for all engines.

IdroMOP- Hybrid pump

Generator + Electric pump

Generator control and one or two electric pumps. Integrated inverter interface via RS-485 communication line associated with safety I/O lines. Soft-start control reduces starting torque by decreasing mechanical stress to the system.

The use of Stage V-emitted engines results in a significant reduction in emissions.

IdroMOP H6 devices adopt the best strategies in compliance with Stage V regulations. Supervision of particulate filter clogging, verification of additive quality and level, and engine oil contamination control are just some of the functions built into our IdroMOP H6 devices.

IdroMOP H6 enables the complete management of inverters to control electric motors, offering significant advantages in efficiency, energy savings, and precision in water resource management. These devices allow the speed of the motors to be adjusted with extreme precision, adapting the water flow to the specific needs of the crops. To complement this, it is possible to manage submersible pumps via soft start, further improving the efficiency of the ‘irrigation system.

Through the ID4 platform, up to 8 motor pumps, or electric pumps, can be connected and made to work as one.

Start, stop and working point of all pumps will always be synchronized, and in case of an abnormality the whole pumping unit will be stopped in a controlled way.
