Frequently asked questions

1- The first registration should be done from the portal www.id4irrigation.com which can be used from a pc or cell phone browser.

2- Select the “Sign up” button, accept the cookies when the system
requires it and then enter the requested data.

3- Confirm the e-mail address from your mailbox and execute
the first access.

Now the account is created.

Add new device:

1- From the main screen, press the add device icon ‘+’

2- Enter the serial number of the control unit and then the 4-digit code that will appear in the device display

3- Once added it will be visible in the ‘devices’ section and automatically start 1 month of free subscription service

In some countries, 2G and 3G connections are no longer present.

It will not be possible to replace the modem of an old exchange to another type of connection, so a possible scrapping will have to be considered.

4G
In Italy, it is unknown how it will be decommissioned, and the only working network will be 4G

NO CONNECTION
If there is no connection, no connection level will appear in the display. On the App you will see the gray control unit.

NO 2G / 3G NETWORK
Switzerland – Austria – Belgium – Netherlands – Germany New Zealand – Australia – Israel

For H7, H6 and H5 LTE devices (devices with 4G communication), the My ID4 App must be used.

For all other devices in 2G and 3G, the ID4 IRRIGATION REMOTE CONTROL App should be used.
